One King West – Our Nest for TOM*

This season's Toronto Mens Fashion week is here again and we could not be more excited to be partnering with the beautiful One King West Hotel & Residences as our hub for the shows. It's perfect location in the Financial District, and only steps away from the TOM* venue made the hotel the ideal location. Besides TOM*, the One King West is also in the perfect spot to explore Toronto, close to the Distillery District, St.Lawrence Market, the Eaton Centre and beautiful Church street with so much character.

The hotel itself has so much character and charm and its base is actually the old Dominion Bank Building, built in 1914. The lower level features the Vault, which is not only an attraction, but also an incredible event space. I am also happy to say that I was able to capture some of the history and charm in my photos, which almost looks like I was sent to Europe for a day! The Grand Banking Hall literally took my breath away, with its grand chandeliers and gigantic ceilings that are just so decadent.

THE TOWER SUITE

We had the absolute pleasure and privilege to spend the weekend in the Tower Suite on the 44th floor, overlooking the beautiful city of Toronto. The spacious set up of the suite is absolutely perfect to "move in" and set up. The fact that the suite is split up into different spaces like living room, working area, bedroom and even a kitchen that is equipped for cooking (stove top, pots and pans, dishwasher, great size fridge and microwave) just made this suit the perfect home thats not at home. I love being able to prepare small snacks and meals in the comfort and luxury of a hotel.

TELLER BAR

The bar is the main focal point of the lobby which makes the area cozy and lively. I am in love with the charm and history. The breakfast buffet is served here, and the hot and cold options are phenomenal and the service impeccable. There is also the option of gathering your choices and bringing these up to your room or suite - which I personally love.

The Teller bar features a la card lunch and dinner as well. Delicious small bites or full plates of various options where everyone can find something. I loved the mushroom & truffle oil pizza and steak salad - both great choices!
