Trend Alert: Yellow & Mustard at NYFW for Fall 2018

It seems like the days of solely monochrome tones are over. Already, we are seeing a lot of primary colours for Spring in the stores and street style, but seeing what is on the runway for Fall/Winter 2018 is making it clear that all the different yellow tones are what's up! Almost eveny single designer I saw at NYFW, showed some kind of integration of mustard or yellow tones. Given that, I had to rock this look featuring one of the trend colours of the season!

From what I saw on runways over and over during New York Fashion Week, mustard and yellow are key trend colours for summer and definitely going into fall/winter!

I don't know about you, but I am loving the "rays of sunshine" that the yellow carries. It is a refreshing change from the nudes and greys (not that I am not totally into that!) and am beyond excited to see more of this trend in action over the coming months. Note: If you see any yellow tones, look twice!
