Each year Gimli, Manitoba becomes the home of Mercedes' most exclusive driving academy. Gimli is unique in its winter climate with consistent cold that freezes over Lake Winnipeg. Gimli is one of the two places in the world with these conditions - Sweden being the second one. The AMG Driving academy consists of many different driving tracks on ice where you can test the various features that support winter driving. Here is where you can push the car to its limits, potentially drift and slide if you do not have the right formula. The off-road tracks really simulate adventurous mountain driving conditions.
