We can all agree that Instagram has made the world a smaller place, and it has also resulted in the instant yearning for the beautiful places that people you follow eat at. Now, you all know that my wife and I are avid brunch lovers, and the two food-related things we splurge on while travelling are champagne and brunch. So you already know that while we were in Toronto for Fashion Week last week, we absolutely had to visit the Insta-Famous Colette Grand Cafe located in the Thompson Hotel. The best part? This restaurant was a five minute from the loft we were staying at in Toronto!
The attention to detail in this place is superb! I truly felt like we had just gotten off a flight into Paris and were lunching before a day of shopping on the Rue Honore. The linens, the light fixture, the awning at the entrance, the coffee – everything transports you direct to France. It is definitely on the Must See/Do/Eat in Toronto list!
