VINTAGE CAT EYE SUNNIES
A new year is the perfect empty book with 365 pages completely empty and waiting to be filled with memories. Not only is it a great time to reflect on the accomplishments and downfalls, but it is also a great opportunity to set goals. I am a true believer of goal setting, and spending time mapping out the year because 1 whole year seems so long , but realistically, it flies by. What I do, and it works for me, is setting realistic goals. Ones that are a challenge and a stretch right now, but you know with hard work and time you will be able to accomplish them. A few of my goals include expanding my Youtube presence, working hard on my photography, finding a workout routine and taking time for relationships with my husband, family and friends.

DREAM A LITTLE
While realistic goals are important so we do not get discouraged throughout the year, it is important to dream a little. Ask yourself what your dreams are, because if we don't ever really think about it, we may not ever know that they are dreams. So, start dreaming a little or a lot and start working on making these dreams a reality, one step at a time.

LET GO OF THE UNNECCESARRY
There are certain things in our life that are "nice to have" but really are only a distraction to what is really important. In the process or setting goals, dreaming a little, it is good to think about the clutter that surrounds us or emotions that are just obsolete. It might be letting go of seeking approval from others, having unrealistic expectations of your family, forgiving someone or just being more kind to yourself.
Grab a pen and paper and see what your goals, dreams and clutter are.
