MILAN FASHION WEEK
I had the pleasure to join Jimmy Choo at their presentation of their new SS17 collection in Milan this past weekend. The space was beautifully decorated with countless paper origami foldings in shapes of birds, butterflies and leaves hanging from the ceiling and the collection was separated by colour scheme throughout the room.
Nudes and blush colours, bright orange tones, violets and reds are the fundamental colours of SS17 for Jimmy Choo - so fresh and alive!
The pieces are delicate, some with feathers and stones and others with laser cut details. The bags, as we have seen them in previous collections still have the same shape but with so much intricate detailing and tassels, a true eye catcher!
I love that there is a real mix of heel heights for shoes: block heels, sexy stilettos and flats. On, and lets not forget about the gorgeous sunglasses!
