Street style trends are changing! That means all trends are changing. Street style always predicts the upcoming trends and while we used to see the most outrageous outfits, things have definitely calmed down. The shift away from crazy colors, accessories, layers and pieces overall is making street style more wearable on a day-to-day basis. I call it a shift from maximalism to minimalism. Keep on reading and see how I wore some of the most important street style trends during Milan Fashion Week, and how you can also wear them!

OVERSIZED BLAZER
Blazers have been trending for quite some time, but wearing your boyfriends/husbands/male friends blazer is the new thing to do. The bigger, the better - intense shoulder pats encouraged. We love showing off our waist though, so we add a belt (either flashy or not) to highlight that smallest part of our body. You can wear this trend chic or sporty, or a combination of both!

Suits are no longer just an essential for the office, now it is the hottest trend in the fashion scene. Of course, slightly (or very) oversized pieces are what you want to keep your eye out for. Also everything goes colorwise, from black to neon, uni or patterns. Just have fun with this trend. Wear just a bra or a cool top underneath. In terms of shoes, the trend is very loose, again: Anything goes but I saw a lot of flat shoes like mules and sneakers!

All-Over Print
Here is another super fun, and easy trend! The all-over pattern trend. Find a top and bottom that have a great pattern and wear them together. It almost ends up looking like you are wearing a romper! This is probably the most fun or "extreme" trend you will see, even though it is nothing compared to what we have seen in the past.

Soft neutral tones are a huge hit and you can find these colours/shades in almost any store window. The beautiful light colours like beige, nude, browns, sandstone, blush look beautiful styled together and is definitely a fashion statement.
