Happy Monday & a little Monday Motivation for you and me! With a new week, and almost a new month starting I wanted to take my weekly update in a bit of different direction. My personal goal this month (and going forward) is to focus more on what I am putting into my body. With moving, going to lots of events and being on the go my diet has suffered. I has also recently watched "What the Health" on Netflix and without saying that I will completely cut certain things out of my diet (even though I used to be a vegetarian for 8 years!), I want to just eat and prepare amazing things. Pinterest has been such an amazing resource for me in finding new recipes and I want to pass this on to everyone who may be in the same boat as me.
I used to be so great in preparing food and having a routine of what exactly to put in my body, what to eat when on the go but so quickly one can slip into the easy way out and not to say that I gained weight from it, but generally I know I can have way more energy and feel way better about myself than I do right now. So I stocked my fridge with the best fruits and veggies and feel great about a choice that is a lifestyle and not something that I will try and get go of. Its a lifestyle of clean eating and being conscious of what goes into your body. I will be sure to share some updates and recipes soon!
